Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for products/services purchased directly from BnG Consultancy known commercially as B&G Immigration, subject to the conditions below.

Digital Products

Refunds for downloadable digital products are only granted if the product is defective or not as described. Requests must be made within 3 days of purchase.

Physical Products

Refunds are available for physical products returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition.

How to Request a Refund

Contact our customer service at info@bngimmigration.com with your order details and reason for the refund request.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 21 days of approval.

Non-Refundable Items

Customized or personalized products.
Clearance or final sale items.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please request a refund and place a new order.
