A small but strategically important group of islands used to be connected to Sicily through a land bridge, It’s one of the most isolated spots on the Mediterranean, consists of 3 main islands: Malta, Gozo, and Comino.

IN 1964 Malta gained state independency, Following 150 years as a British colony, and it became a republic in 1974.

Valletta was the first-ever planned city in Europe. The city was sketched out back in 1565, Completed in just 15 years, it also holds a record as one of the quickest scaled cities in the world.

INVESTMENT OPTIONS

Real Estate Investment

Acquisition of real estate with a minimum value of €320,000 (€270,000 if located in Gozo or the South of Malta) to be held for at least 5 years; or lease of a residential immovable property in Malta for a period of 5 years, at an annual rent of at least €12,000 (€10,000 if located in Gozo or the South of Malta).
€5,500 non-refundable administrative fee.
Qualifying Investment in the form of securities listed on the Malta Stock Exchange, for a minimum value of €250,000 to be held for a minimum period of 5 years.
Contribution to National and Social Development Fund €30,000.
Administrative fees for residence card €27.50 each.
