The Grenada Citizenship by Investment Programme does not require applicants to reside in or even visit the country to apply. This means you can obtain citizenship without any need to travel to Grenada.

Who Can Get Grenada Citizenship

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must not have spent more than six months in prison
  • Must be financially solvent
  • Must have a clean health record
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must not have been convicted of a crime resulting in a prison sentence exceeding six months
  • Must have a clean health record

  • Siblings of the investor and their spouse, including brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
  • A future spouse can be added to the application after the initial citizenship approval.

Program Requirements

To apply for the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Programme, you must fulfil ONE of the following investment options, as well as meet other requirements.

Option 1: National Transformation Fund (NTF) Contribution

To gain citizenship through the NTF, applicants can make the following contributions:

  • $235,000 for a single applicant
  • $200,000 for a main applicant and spouse
  • $200,000 for a main applicant, spouse, and up to three dependents
  • $25,000 for each additional dependent

In addition to these contributions, applicants and their family members must pay application fees of $1,500 per person. Due diligence fees are $5,000 for the main applicant, $5,000 for a spouse, and $5,000 for each dependent aged 17 and above. There are also processing fees of $1,500 for applicants over 18 and $500 for those under 18.

Option 2: Investment in Approved Real Estate Projects

To qualify under this option, applicants must invest in approved real estate projects in one of two ways:

  • Purchase a $220,000 share in an approved project
  • Make a direct investment of $350,000 in such a project

The real estate must be held for at least five years from the date citizenship is granted. Government fees for this option are $50,000 for a family of up to four and $25,000 for each additional dependent. Applicants must also pay application fees of $1,500 per person, due diligence fees of $5,000 for individuals aged 17 and above, and processing fees of $1,500 for those over 18 and $500 for those under 18.

Additional Requirements and Benefits

Grenada Citizenship by Investment Programme applicants must renew their passports every five years. Grenadian citizenship offers visa-free access to China and eligibility for the E2 Investor Visa in the United States after residing in Grenada for three years.
